    • Wood Glue is a strong-bonding glue ideal for interior woodwork, joinery, and many other materials.

    • Water-Based: Non-toxic, VOC-free formula provides long-lasting protection without the harsh chemicals or odors found in conventional paints
    • Interior / Exterior: Interior
    • Recommended For: Woodwork, joinery, wooden floor tiles, laminates, floorboards, cork sheeting and tiles. Can also be used for paper, card, carpet, and fabric, unsealed chipboard, hardboard, cement-screed and concrete substrates
    • Not Suitable For: teak or other oily woods or asphalt-sealed surfaces
    • Coverage: 180 sq. ft. per gallon | 45 sq. ft. per quart; 1 coat recommended
    • Application: Apply with a notching tool for floors. See Application Instructions below for more details
    • Storage: This product should be stored in a dry place, out of direct sunlight and in a temperature between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit

    Description Wood Glue is a strong-bonding glue ideal for interior woodwork, joinery, wooden floor tiles, laminates, floorboards, cork sheeting and tiles. Can also be used for paper, card, carpet, fabric, unsealed chipboard, hardboard, cement-screed and concrete substrates. Not suitable for teak or other oily woods or asphalt-sealed surfaces.
    Preparation Ensure that the surfaces to be joined are clean, dry, non-dusty and free of oil and wax. Previously varnished surfaces can also often be joined, but a thorough rub down with emery/glass paper is essential and a test area is advised. Dusty concrete/cement floors may need to be sealed - ask for advice.
    Application and Clean Up Flooring: Best applied to the substrate with a notching tool - ideally approx 0.01" (0.3mm) at 0.39" (10mm) centers. Once spread, the adhesive should remain "wet" and workable for approximately 20 minutes but this does depend in part on the absorbency of the materials involved. If in doubt, a test area is advised. Only cover an area which can be finished within this timeframe. Press the floor covering firmly into place. Remove traces of wet adhesive with a damp cloth.
