Exterior Porch and Floor Paint is a high sheen protective finish that dries to a hard, washable, durable finish that's ideal for covered concrete floors, and porches. Not suitable for wood or for decks and surfaces which are subject to pooling water, or garage floors due to hot tires and oil-stained surfaces.

    • Water-Based: Non-toxic, VOC-free formula provides long-lasting protection without the harsh chemicals or odors found in conventional paints
    • Interior / Exterior: Exterior
    • Recommended For: Ideal for covered concrete floors, and porches but not recommended for wood.
    • Not Suitable For: Decks, or surfaces which are subject to pooling water
    • Coverage: 430 sq. ft. per gallon | 107.5 sq. ft. per quart; 3 coats recommended
    • Application: Apply with a synthetic brush or roller. See Application Instructions below for more details
    • Storage: This product should be stored in a dry place, out of direct sunlight and in a temperature between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit

    Description Exterior Porch and Floor Paint is a high sheen protective finish that dries to a hard, washable, durable finish that's ideal for covered concrete floors, and porches. Not suitable for wood or for decks and surfaces which are subject to pooling water, or garage floors due to hot tires and oil-stained surfaces.
    Preparation Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound, and free from dirt, dust, grease, and loose or flaking material. Clean stubborn areas with mild detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly before painting. ECOS Paint is for primed or previously painted surfaces. We recommend using one of our primers if painting over a higher gloss finish, a darker color, applying an accent color or applying over bare substrates or heavily sanded surfaces. Unpainted (or un-applicated) surfaces should first be primed to ensure an even color and consistency, before applying the paint.
    Application and Clean Up Under most conditions thinning is not necessary. Stir gently before and during use. Intermix if using multiple containers to ensure color uniformity. Best results are achieved with three coats. Typically dries to the touch in two hours and can be recoated in twenty four. Hardening continues for up to thirty days. Avoid wetting, or scuffing during this period. Can be applied using a good quality synthetic brush; or rolled using a shed resistant 3/8"-1/2" roller cover. Avoid applying below 50°F (10°C). Avoid heavy traffic and replacing of furniture for 72 hours after the final coat. When replacing furniture, do not slide, and use felt protectors under table and chair legs to avoid scratching. Do not install rugs, or clean floors for seven days.
