Starting a new painting project? Find how much paint you need with our coverage calculator. A couple of tips for using:
- Make sure to select the product you intend to apply - different products have different coverage rates and a different number of recommended coats.
- Once you select a product, choose your calculator type. Use the Room Calculator to quickly determine the amount of product needed based on the room's width, length and height. Or, for a more custom approach, use the General Calculator to input individual dimensions for each surface. Both options allow you to remove the areas not being painted (doors and windows).
- The Coverage Calculator will indicate the volume of product required for the recommended number of coats. Please note: coverage may vary based on surface condition and application method.

How do I apply ECOS Paints?
For the best results, please follow the application instructions on each product page under the “Application Instructions” drop-down, as well as the product label, including drying times, the number of recommended coats, estimated coverage, surface preparation, and recommended applicators.
Can I order a color sample?
Yes! We offer 2oz color samples to test our colors in your space before ordering a quart or a gallon. Natural and ambient light can affect how a color appears, along with flooring and décor items, which may also pull undertones from a color that may have not been previously noticeable. We recommend applying 2 coats of paint to a posterboard or a wall swatch that can be moved around in the space to view the color at different times of the day.
