Additionally, we do not add toxic solvents to our paints, which can be released into the indoor air. They’re safer for you, your family, and the environment.

We use the highest quality ingredients, and we don’t fill the can with cheap, harmful solvents that evaporate into the air. The result? Paint with a much higher solids content that spreads farther. What you put on the wall stays on the wall.

Coverage refers to the amount of paint needed to coat a specific area. Conventional paints generally cover around 350 sq. ft. per gallon. By comparison, our wall paints will cover up to 560 sq. ft. per gallon.

That’s 1.5 times more area painted with every gallon of ECOS wall paint.

With better coverage, you save money. For example, with 1.5 times more coverage, painting a room that typically requires 3 gallons of conventional paint will only take 2 gallons of ECOS paint.

Individuals can have strong reactions to certain substances such as isothiazolinones, antimicrobials, and latex which emit gases known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs). VOCs can be emitted by a variety of products, with many conventional paints being one of them.

Certainly, eliminating VOCs is an integral part of producing a healthier product, but not all VOCs, or ingredients are the same. That’s why we share ingredient lists for our non-toxic products, giving our customers the ability to avoid the chemicals that may cause them harm.
