Returns & Exchanges
All products are made to order. As such, orders cannot be canceled once produced and we cannot accept product that is returned. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any product that arrives visibly damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Please contact our customer support team immediately, so that a replacement product can be arranged.
Product Not Received
Orders shipped "No Signature Required" that are delivered by UPS but not received by the customer can be either replaced, or a store credit can be issued.
All sales are final upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified. Therefore, we cannot process exchanges for ECOS Paints orders.
