Returns & Exchanges
All products are made to order. As such, orders cannot be canceled once produced and we cannot accept product that is returned. If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damage claims and paint or color issues must be submitted to ECOS Paints in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
Deliveries should be refused if there is considerable visible damage to the boxes upon receipt. Please contact our customer support team immediately, so that a replacement product can be arranged.
Product Not Received
Orders shipped "No Signature Required" that are delivered by FedEx but not received by the customer can be either replaced, or a store credit can be issued.
All sales are final upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified. Therefore, we cannot process exchanges for ECOS Paints orders.
