Product Overview

Clear Concrete Sealer is an anti-dusting, consolidating, washable, sealer for concrete surfaces. Designed to reduce dust and flaking.

Recommended For: All concrete surfaces - ideal for commercial, office premises, and home use
You Need to Know: Helps to maintain a clean and safe concrete environment by allowing easier cleaning, and repelling water
Not Suitable For: Birdbaths, bathtubs, showers and surfaces which are subject to pooling water, polished concrete, or garage floors due to hot tires and oil-stained surfaces
Coverage: 400 sq. ft. per gallon | 100 sq. ft. per quart; 2 coats recommended
Application: Apply with a synthetic brush or roller. See Application Instructions below for more details
Storage: This product should be stored in a dry place, out of direct sunlight and in a temperature between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit

Description	Clear Concrete Sealer is an anti-dusting, consolidating, washable, interior & exterior sealer for concrete surfaces. Designed to reduce dust and flaking, it helps to maintain a clean environment by allowing easier cleaning, and repelling water. Not suitable for birdbaths, bathtubs, showers and surfaces which are subject to pooling water, polished concrete, or garage floors due to hot tires and oil-stained surfaces.
Preparation	Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound, and free from dirt, dust, grease, and loose or flaking material. Clean stubborn areas with mild detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly before painting.
Application and Clean Up	Under most conditions thinning is not necessary. Stir gently before and during use. Generally only requires one coat. Typically dries to the touch in one hour and can be recoated in two. Hardening continues for up to thirty days. Avoid wetting, or scuffing during this period. Can be applied using a good quality synthetic brush; or rolled using a shed resistant 3/8"-1/2" roller cover. Avoid applying below 50°F (10°C). Avoid heavy traffic and replacing of furniture for 72 hours after the final coat. When replacing furniture, do not slide, and use felt protectors under table and chair legs to avoid scratching. Do not install rugs, or clean floors for seven days.
